Piece of junk. I ordered this is June 2024 and used it for 3 months. After that it was cleaned and put away for winter. This year I used it on June, July and it broke mid August. I called customer support and was told it's out of warranty and I can buy a new one if I'd like. Absolute waste. Will not be purchasing Frigidaire in the future.

These portable units are very good and easy to use. Very useful in hurricane season in the event of power outages. Also to be used with generators during hurricane season. We used them while having issues with the A/C and put one in our room allowing us to sleep in this extreme heat in Florida

I needed a portable standing Air Conditioner for a room that is about 200 Square Feet. Besides that, I wanted a brand that is reliable. Frigidaire is a dependable brand that is well known all over the United States, so I decided to get this unit. It cools the room within 10 minutes on hot days. I have to switch it to Fan when it gets too cold. Overall, a great portable AC Unit that will last for years. A bit pricey, but worth it. Love it and I do recommend.

Love it!!! Perfect for our bedroom love that you can just move it to different areas so easily. Remote controlled is also amazing. So glad I bought this. Only thing is it™™s a little loud but I like the sound and eventually I™™ll be used to it.

Installation for this unit is easy. Used an inexpensive oil pan for a drip tray, though it might not have even been necessary. The window where we wanted to install the exhaust is only 17 inches wide, but the exhaust tube window panel can easily be cut down with a jig saw to pretty much any opening needed. Operation is very easy and straightforward. This unit is already cooling my Mother's home and allowing her to be more comfortable. Come Winter, it will be a simple matter of removing a few screws and taking the window panel out. No more heavy lifting.

I™™m a big fan of this AC. It was packaged well, wasn™™t missing any parts, it was easy to install, and it works very well. It has a lot of features, but the standard set up works for me. My room stays nice and cold throughout the day. You don™™t have to drain it all that often, either, as it doesn™™t accumulate much water. At least for me, that is. It™™s a decent size and I™™m working with limited space, so it was a bit hard to fit it in my room. More of a me problem, though. I was very surprised by how much I liked this unit, given its price. My only real complaint is that the website listed this unit as having 6,500BTUs and 10,000BTUs depending on which link you looked at it from, but it is in fact 10,000BTUs, and it shows. Highly recommended.

This is our first portable air conditioner and we're amazed at how easy it was to install and how fast it cooled the room. We absolutely love it! Our daughter came to visit and was so happy to have a/c and it has a sleep mode which she loved. Excellent product, highly recommend!!

I used for about a week in the summer of 2024 and it worked fine. Set up to use again in summer 2025 and the unit is putting out a strange chemical smell that is like some awful children™™s play gack- the smell only happens in cooling mode, not in fan mode. Might be freon plus impurities? The smell is awful and I™™m worried it™™s toxic, makes the unit unusable. I contacted customer service and since my unit is 2 days over the one year warranty they will not help. A complete waste of $380. I did a lot of research before buying this and am upset I wasted my time and money. Avoid this product.

Air conditioner works great! It's blows out really cold air, and is easy to set up and install. Perfect for hooking up to the generator during power outages, or using to keep cool if the central air were to go out.

Haven't actually used it yet, but did run it for a few minutes to make sure it was cooling and seemed to do a good job of that. Won't actually us it for a while. I got it to put in my camper as the new 6000btu Midea I have in there isn't really doing a good job. I will also be using it in my tent when I use that to camp in. Great product to use for that purpose if you are handy and apply it to the situation, which I can.

This unit works great. Easy to setup. Cools my master bedroom so well, I put one in each bedroom. It was cheaper than replacing the second zone unit. It is a little loud but doable.

The unit is adequately cooling our living/dining/kitchen space and keeping the rest of our home nice and dry. Install and operation is easy and intuitive. It can be a little loud, but it really just becomes white noise in the background that is easily tuned out. Pleased with this AC!

We have bought several units, and they never last a season. I just went through a claim on a unit that was purchased and ran for 5 months, and the warranty process was horrible. They didn't give us a decision for 12 days to find out the warranty was out by 9 days.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave and it was going to be several days at least before we could get parts in to repair it. I needed something quickly to at least cool down the bedroom, which was 97°. This unit had good reviews and was reasonably priced, so I got one. Prospective buyers should be aware that this unit is only intended to operate in an ambient temperature up to 90°. Which means the 97° that I was using it in probably stressed it a bit, and definitely reduced its efficiency. If you're in an environment where temperatures regularly exceed 90°, this might not be the unit for you. It was able to get things down to about 82°, which while certainly better than 97° was a bit too warm for some in the family. I was disappointed to find that the HEPA filter required for the unit's air purification function is sold separately, and cost almost 20 bucks! That is certainly an accessory that ought to be included with the unit. The Unit is not silent, but it is about on a par with other portable units I have used over the years. When the compressor is running you can definitely hear it in a small room.In no way is this unit powerful enough to cool multiple rooms unless they are extremely small. It did a reasonable job in my small bedroom, but my hopes to use it to cool the entire level proved fruitless, even with floor fans blowing the cold air into the rest of the level. It's basically good for one room and one room only.Bottom line, this is a fairly good unit. I really pushed it, and while it didn't entirely meet my expectations, that is probably to be expected under the circumstances. If I were to buy it again, I would probably opt for a unit rated for a bit of a higher ambient temperature. But it kept me from dying of heat stroke, so In the end it did what it's supposed to.

Only one because it did work , I bought this ac from bjs in 2023 I turned it on for the first time this year and it doesn™™t get cold, the compressor kicks in but no wish sound that the coolant is going through the pipes.I called, they said sorry only one year on ac units. So I™™m out all that money and I have no ac in my place, it™™s 85 in my place right now.
