Biggest issue is can™™t open door more than halfway when you have a wall next to fridge had to move fridge a good 5™ away from wall so door would open to 90 degrees, import to be able to open produce drawers. Second issue is door not self closing as you would expect usually fridges self close if door at say 45 degree open unless you swing door while fully closed it will stop a couple inches from closing fully had many fridges and never had this issue. Although it has gotten a bit better with time so will see on that. The ice maker is LOUD at least double or more than my old fridge same brand? You would think would get quieter with time, but water dispenser does fill glass much faster than old fridge. Would be nice if ice/water dispenser had light come on with operation of both real pain to have to hit light on and remember to shut back off for 30 seconds of use. Also thanks to federal efficiency standards fridge took at least 4 times the time to get down to operating temps old fridge 4 hrs (2011ish maybe) and this new one 2023 took well over 24 hrs but has stayed cool since so time will tell if that aspect affects anything in the future. Overall good basic fridge hopefully will get another 10 plus years with it.

When our old Whirlpool died, we had to get something quick. I wanted this model from the beginning, but it wouldn't be available at Lowe's for 2 and a half weeks. So we ordered another Whirlpool. From the moment the delivery guys turned it on, it was loud. So loud that we could hear it upstairs in our bedroom. We called the next day to have it picked up. I checked other places to see if this was in stock anywhere local and found a local appliance store had it. We went and they didn't have it in stock, but they did have one in the back that was a scratch and dent. We took a look and could barely see the small dent and scratch on the back. It was on sale (just like Lowe's) plus we got $200 off for the dent. We bought a warranty and still saved over $250 from what the Whirlpool cost. It is wonderfully quiet. I love how the shelves are situated and the lighting how it gets brighter; even on the outside dispenser. The lighting was horrible on the Whirlpool, a bright bulb barely covered. This is soft, but natural to the eyes. From now on, we are only buying Frigidaire. We love it!!!!!

Had the refrigerator less than a year. When it was placed into our home it did not work, it took 6 weeks for a repairman to look at it, you scheduled the repairman! then another 2 weeks for the parts to arrive and then a day or two for the repairman to come and fix! The refrigerator has not worked properly since we had it! Stopped working, ruined a full refrigerator of food, always sounded like an engine revving up! Had it repaired, same board repaired. (Luckily on the original request you sent 2 parts). Died on us again, still making the horrible sound! Ruined food AGAIN! Had to go out to purchase a new refrigerator, was not waiting weeks for a repair! LESS THAN A YEAR OLD!

We purchased this as part of a kitchen remodel. It would have been helpful to have the amount of space needed on each side of the refrigerator to have the doors open fully in the specifications page. We needed to add a filler strip in our cabinet design to allow the refrigerator door to open fully and not hit the countertop on our peninsula, so we can open the vegetable drawers fully. We can™™t put anything on the left half of the top shelf because anything we put there freezes. It seems like a poor design to have that area not be usable. After multiple attempts we aren™™t able to get the freezer and refrigerator doors to be level. There is a small ding in the stainless steel that was there when we in unpacked the refrigerator after delivery. It also seems to pick up fingerprints very easily. Otherwise, it works great.

The first thing we noticed on the refrigerator was that the door of the freezer makes a noise when it closes. The design causes this. It's a little annoying but doesn't hurt the function. It closes completely. Otherwise we have had no problems, but it took a while to learn how to make the ice and how to turn it off and we still have not been able to release the ice. We have to take out the bin and pour it out. The unit is beautiful but it has those problems. Filtered water is great. Is there a place to call to have someone solve our problems?

The bottom two drawers in the freezer drawer hit on the door frame when you close the door. Fearing this would dig a hole in the door frame over time, we have removed the bottom two drawers. Consequently, we have less usable space in the freezer that we were supposed to have.

We love the refrigerator for the most part. One thing I change if I could is the shelves are not infinitely adjustable. The shelves are put at the height someone else decided they like. I want to put the shelves where I like. I want items where I want them not where you want me to want them. The only other item is the water should be chilled coming out of the door. I do like the water filter placement.

I purchased the Frigidaire 22.3 36" on Feb12, 2023 and it delivered on Feb 17th, 2023. Due to delays on the kitchen remodel, we were just able to remove the box and power it up this past Thursday March 23rd, to find it has a bad noise in the compressor area and we removed power. My complaint is not that we have a problem but that Home Depot said its past the 48 hour window and they can't do anything or assist. The Frigidaire number 800.374.4432 has a string of prompts that end up with you waiting for over an hour or that they are not taking any more calls at this point. I now have over 3 hours of my time on this and have no clue if I'll get any support.

I was worried this fridge might not have enough room but boy was I wrong. I love this fridge! It looks great and fits perfectly. Very sleek looking and functionality is awesome. the price point was the determining factor, as I wanted a counter-depth fridge and most were more than I wanted to pay.it works, as it's supposed to, but ya know it's only been in a month. The delivery went smooth but the set up had a couple of issues, the delivery team stated they were trained on the model so my brother, clearly not trained either, figure out the leveling issue it had. the other thing on the freezer is that the shelves do slightly graze the inside when closing the door, BUT the issue seems to go away once the temperature reaches what it's set to, so the cold seems to fix the issue.

I received Frigidaire (Electrolux) appliances in my home and i bought the appliance upgrade. They look nice but do not function well at all. The microwave stopped working less than three months of use. Dishwasher is very loud and does not wash well at all, we hardly use it at all now.The refrigerator leaks cold air around the freezer door and condensates water on outside. The factory and the dealership does not care about customer service or the quality of the products they install in your home. They leave it up to you as a owner to return and deal with getting less money back than you paid for the product from the dealer in the first place. Also the appliances they sold me are all discontinued.
