This is a beautiful refrigerator, but after owning it for less than a year, I have already had two service calls on it. At this point, the freezer has stopped working altogether and they said they had to order a new motherboard. I™€™ve waited weeks and all my food is spoiled. Lowe™€™s is now going to replace it with a new one.

I had an older model of this refrigerator without the front water/ice dispenser and without the extra slide out drawer. I was happy with that one for years and just recently replaced it with this one. What a significant upgrade. The layout is great, the slide out draw is great as well. Everything is functional and configurable to my needs.

We loved this Fridge when we bought it. Had it replaced within 2 weeks from 1st delivery because freezer door was defective. Now, we've been over 2 months trying to get a service tech from Frigidaire! We went to replace the water filter and it will not snap into place. We bought 2 of these filters from Lowe's, which is where we bought this Fridge. We've been without water and ice because if this. I am now on hold for the 6th time calling to hopefully speak to a manager this time. All around aweful experience. We will never buy Frigidaire again! Their fridges suck and their customer service AND warranty suck even more.

I just love it's water dispenser, water comes out cold all the time because the filter is in the fridge instead of outside of the unit. the adjustable shelves are great, the added draw can be used of multiple uses. and is a lot more quieter than my old Kenmore.

Refrigerator stopped working three weeks into ownership. We purchased this new at Lowe's, brought it home. We liked it like the way it worked, but then we started having issues. Refrigerator was tripping or ground fault interrupted circuit and would not cool. We called the tech out. The tech told us that the compressor was bad And that the smell from the compressor has permeated the liner in our brand. New refrigerator is irreparable.We've got nothing but run around since that happened, Frigidaire is not standing behind their product, now they say we have to have another tech out to verify what the first told us. Meanwhile, we have no refrigerator. Very frustrating. Very poor customer service we feel like it might've been a mistake to buy a Frigidaire product.

Solid Fridge, just not for a large family

It™€™s a good fridge. The drawers roll nicely. The shelves are easily adjusted. The lighting is absolutely bright and helpful. The doors have a good, quality weight to them. And she™€™s very shiny. The door controls are super easy to navigate. Then, there™€™s some other stuff. She™€™s got moods. There™€™s some cycle which happens daily, and it kinda sounds like your neighbor vacuuming maybe. I can™€™t put my finger on it. I think it lasts maybe 40 minutes. Other than that, she loves to click the water valve, you get used to it quickly. Storage - in my opinion enough for me, a single woman and probably up to a family of three, maybe. But if you have an army - no way. I wish the flex drawer had an option for veggies. I feel like the crisper drawers are limited. Whatever these little snack zones are, pepperoni & string cheese? See pics for my choice of contents. On the flex drawer, it is super easy to lean on the buttons and make them beep. I wish the lock button would stop the beeps. I like that, when you pull out the freezer drawer, the top shelf comes along & you don™€™t need to reach in to get it. Next up, this chick loves to throw ice and ice chips at you. Pretty sure she™€™s working out some hostilities. Video in comments. BUT the ice cubes are cute little pyramids & the crusher works extremely well! I am enjoying having crushed ice again! Overall, I™€™d recommend for a family of three or less.

We have had this for a week. So far, so good. A concern after leveling unit, using the adjusters....we normally pull the unit away from wall to clean at least several times a year, which means I will have to relevel each time we pull it out. A better leveling system should be developed so the wheels stay in contact with the floor. The levelers supplied work best on something that does not ever need to be moved. We are happy with the extra drawer, using it for meat/cheese, etc. With our last one, we had to open both doors to open the full wide meat keeper drawer, which seemed inefficient. Water/ice dispenser works well. Unit is very quiet and is estimated to use 668kWh/year. We'll see if we can squeeze at least 11 years out of it.

I like the stylish look of my Frigidaire. The only thing I wish it had is more shelving or rather, more shelving sizes. I feel that for the size of the compartment there isn't much room for tall items. On the plus side, I do like and have used the smaller pullout fridge. It's great for sandwich meats, cheese and bread.

Let's be clear, we love the fridge! There is plenty of room for our family of 5. The flex drawer is amazing. The freezer holds a large amount of food. Even the shelves in the door were well thought out to maximize the amount of stuff it will hold. Why 3 stars? We are on 2nd fridge and the water filter is still leaking! The filter unit inside the fridge leaked terribly on our first fridge. They replaced the fridge and now the filter only mildly leaks....not ok! I have to keep a towel in the fridge to absorb the water that is constantly dripping. We have had a repairman come out and he is scheduled to come back to replace the filter unit, hopefully it stops leaking. We spent $2200 and have had to cancel work 3 times for delivery and maintenance appointments and will have to cancel 1 more time before it's fixed. So 4 weeks later and we are still dealing with getting the issue fixed!

Overall really nice and spacious. Only knock on it is that if you have a tight space for the fridge to go in, it fits but when you open the door, it gets wider and will scrape the wall. Also, the water from the water filter comes out pretty slow which is just a little annoying.

Have had it for a couple of weeks, love the looks of it , the functions, runs very quiet, counter depth fits the room better, took a few days to arrange our food products but now everything is easy to find without have to keep the doors open. I would love to give this a good review but we still haven't received our fridge and there's no delivery date insight. They sent it to a third party who have awful customer service and rescheduled our delivery but can't tell us when it will get here. And I can't contact frigidaire directly because their customer service lines are apparently only available on the weekdays. I'd be happy to update my review if this issue gets resolved, but as of right now, don't waste your time ordering appliances from frigidaire. Just go to Lowes and pick one up yourself.

We purchased this product in September of 2024, when they delivered it they tore up my floor, and sent the wrong handles. By Jan of 2025 the Ice Maker stopped working. I contacted customer service as it was still under warranty. They sent out a "service provider" in Feb25. They could not fix it. They sent out another service provider and they did not show up. Then they sent Sears Home Service (horrible company), first guy said he had to order parts. Next guy put in all the parts, still did not work, next guy ordered more parts, next 2 appointments NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! The Customer Service can do absolutely nothing. Once Customer Service agent told me they put in a ticket for replacement or refund and it was denied because they need to send an agent out to fill out forms. HE DID NOT SHOW UP!! They said they escalated and the "escalation team" said they could not do anything except change to another provided. I am now 5 months into trying to get an Ice Maker fixed. They will not let me return, they will not give me a refund, nor can they fix the product. No offer of replacement. BBB is my next step.

Love my new counter depth refrigerator! The French door top gives so much space and the middle drawer that can be freezer or various temp settings for whatever is brilliant. The filters and lighting are great and the exterior ice and water dispenser are streamlined and modern.

Made the mistake of buying a competitor brand, lasted 6 years w/2 compressor changes. Frigidaire is a far far better brand. Recommended by appliance repair techs. Love it. Name plate isn't straight bit I can live with that.

We wanted a counter depth refrigerator because our kitchen is U shaped and pretty small. Thought we'd settled on an LG model until I really looked at the shelves and there weren't many options for moving them and not many places for bottled drinks. Not much door storage either This Frigidaire is perfect! Roomy, but only about 30" deep. Lots of options for shelf height, and lots of door storage. Love the drawer that can be a fridge or freezer. Really like this refrigerator and recommend!

I love everything about this frig. I feel like there is so much room. The extra draw we use for cold drinks. The crisper that reverses adds that extra space. The soft close doors are great too.

We love the flex drawer! We use it to store all the kids' sodas, and it frees up so much space in the main fridge. The water/ice maker is tall enough to fit a gallon pitcher and my Stanley!
