Bought the machine about a month ago. My mother had a Maytag and it lasted forever. I bought a Maytag washer and dryer and washer lasted 22 years, dryer still going. Very quiet, manual very easy to use.

I have 5 kids ages 7 and younger, so we are a family of 7 with a lot of dirty clothes. This washer holds a massive amount of laundry, is very quiet and honestly I love how it will keep cycling the clothes for 24 hours if we do not take them out--things happen in life and sometimes they come out of the machine the next day. This feature is the best as it stops everything from smelling. The other benefit of the front loader is that It would be hard to overload it vs a top loader, which means your clothes are cleaner. Lastly it has a laundry soap gas tank. You fill it up and can run it over and over again before having to add more soap. This is great as it also lets you teach your kids how to do laundry while avoiding messy laundry soap situations. Though I wont be buying another machine for a while, when I do, I only hope they increase the size of the soap tank. It would be great to be able to fit a bottles worth of liquid in the machine (this is why I put 4 stars for the design vs 5).

I love my Smart Front Load washer that I purchased this year. The optimal dispense drawer is very handy, as I don't have to load detergent every wash! The great options this washer has are a bonus! I have different loads that require different cycles and this model has every option you would need! I have not tried wi-fi connect yet but its definately going to be useful! I do have the pedestals which not only looks great, but makes it easier to put clothes in the washer and easily to the dryer!

My husband brought me this washer for Mother's day 2019 and I am truly enjoying it! I really like the fact that I only have to filled the liquid washing powder container once and it allows me to wash multiple loads at a time. The only time I have to filled the container is when it is low and the machine indicates this on the dash board. This feature really helps me save on liquid washing power and it is also cost saving on the water bill.

Problem on 3rd load. ZERO help from support

We have literally 3 loads. The washer has now been stuck on "1" minute for hours. No one could tell us what was wrong when we called in. No suggestions, nothing. Would have to schedule a tech to come out on a $1,300 washing machine that isn't even a week old. If that is the level of support that we will get buying an American product, we will have to go back to Samsung or LG. They have actual tech support over the phone.

I love my front loader Magtag washer so far. It is the 2019 model. Has so many options. Had a washer before that had options that I never used. Hated it. It was a top loader whirpool. We had both the dryer and washer delivered today. During the test run The front panel fell off and needs to be re-ordered. Also, I tried setting up the WiFi and the dryer works, but the washer does not connect. Support was little help. I just spent almost 3k (with delivery and hoses) and I'm already regretting it. I was told it is a new model line (which is why I waited for delivery well past the promised date). That's probably why stuff is falling off

I'm still learning how to set all the features and choices - seems unlimited. Love that the control panel is up front and easy to reach. Performance has been wonderful! Side opening door allows me to reach in the far back easily and interior lights that shut off after a while is very good when leaving the door open to breathe.

So far I'm happy with the Washer......but unhappy with customer service. As I stated in my review of the Dryer, I ordered this set because it was promoted as stackable. This set is not stackable (unless you are over 6' tall) due to the slant of the control panel. I called customer service and spoke to someone in dispute resolution who told me they would send a complaint up. I asked that she send me a confirmation email. Well.....no email and no call back!! I ended up paying my contractor to reconfigure the laundry area on our new addition. The Washer is great (2 weeks in use) so far..............customer service is lacking.
