Two months in, very happy with it. Tines are tightly spaced (weirdly so) but would be an easy fix if one wanted. Very quiet when properly installed. Cleans pretty much anything using the right cycle and dosing the detergent properly. I'd prefer it didn't chirp at me forever when opened mid-cycle but hey we can't have everything. Looks smart.

Definitely going in the trash. This pile of junk has not really worked well since after about two months. We™™ve had this for five years now and the dispenser door just refuses to open any more than once every five times we™™ve used it. Nothing is blocking it, the water is plenty hot enough. The spring on the dispenser door is fine if I open it manually. We™™ve used liquid detergent and pods. No difference. You™™d be nuts to buy this or probably any dishwasher from whirlpool or Kenmore. This is not the first one from them. The first was a kenmore (same company) and it did the same thing after maybe a year. Junk. Tired of throwing my money away on this junk. Not going to call a tech and pay hundreds more only to see it happen again and again. No. Well wash dishes by hand from now own. It will be MUCH CHEAPER!

I™™ve bought this unit a few months ago. Not very happy with it especially how pricy it was. The controls are terrible. Even on heat dry the dishes are still wet when done. You have to add separate a rinse liquid or it will not run a cycle. Bowls don™™t sit right in the top rack.

I like the Quick cycle. It cleans everyday items perfectly, in one hour. Nice.
It doesn't dry well, though. I need to towel-dry most items when I take them out.
I hope it lives up to its reputation and reviews for reliability over time. (The motor on my previous d/w, a Frigidaire, burned out after only 5 years of moderate use).

I recently traveled out of the country and saw a Miele which has the silverware and cutlery tray at the very top of the dishwasher--all open; easy to load and unload--holds cooking utensils no matter the height and width. This unit is quiet. Can't figure out how to turn off the light on the front of the unit. Must red light always be on?

La porte qui ouvre et ferme en serre provoque de faire bouger le lave-vaisselle et finit par lousser les vis latÃrales. La porte mÃriterait une poignÃe de fermeture avec clenche. Enfin, le panier d'en bas dÃbarque de ses rails facilement dans la cuve lorsqu'il est un peu plein et qu'on ne le tire pas exactement dans l'axe. Autrement le lave-vaisselle fait bien son travail et est très silencieux. C'est apprÃciÃ.

My older Whirlpool had a top shelf with 3 rows for glasses and coffee mugs. The new model has 2 rows that fit the glasses & mugs and a middle row that doesn™™t fit much. Also, on the bottom area there is a larger area for something larger. If you have a very small dish washer I assume you wash large items by hand. And, you can™™t just pull the top rack out without pulling the bottom one out since the door doesn™™t stay down unless the bottom rack is out.

Everything is good except the change in the top shelf. My last Whirlpool had 3 rows for glasses & mugs. This was has 2 & a skinny row that hardly fits anything. Also, the bottom shelf has a larger space for something bigger. When you have the smallest dishwasher you wash the big items by hand. So, I liked my last Whirlpool better.

It washes well, and the dishes are clean. However I find that, compared to my older dishwasher, this one is the same size outside, but smaller inside, and holds fewer dishes. Also the cutlery holder is grey, which makes it harder to see (should be white). Overall I'm enjoying my new dishwasher, it runs very quiet and the dishes come out spotless.

I purchased this due to having a small area and fits perfect. Was disappointed that it doesn't come with the electric cord. Had to go to purchase that separately. Otherwise satisfied.

This is perhaps one of the best dishwashers I've ive own in the past 40 years. Super quiet, efficient and uncomplicated to use. Dishes always sparkle after every wash. Would buy again and again!!!

After a two month wait, I finally received my dishwasher a few weeks ago. It's lovely, is relatively quiet, and works quite well. I went for an 18" rather than a 24" wide dishwasher due to space limitations. I can fit dishes, utensils, mugs without any problem, but larger items (large salad bowls, pots & pans, etc.) are definitely a challenge. It's a good choice for small kitchens, but otherwise you should definitely go for a dishwasher that is 24" wide.

Used it the first time tow nights ago. When I applied power to it, the rinse aid light turned on and it would beep every minute for days until I was ready to do a load of dishes. the display said 2:15, but the cycle took much less than that. It finished about 1:38. It hasn't beeped since, and the display is now blank. I tried looking for the full manual on this unit, but it is not on the website, as the condensed manual the came with the unit indicates. So when can I get the full manual. The dishwasher seems to work well, the noisiest thing I hear is when it drains.

We have been trying for 3 weeks to contact you to have the new dishwasher installed, however, I have been unable to do so. Your delivery email stated it would be installed the day of delivery but the delivery person stated he did not do that. I not a happy customer. As of today the new dishwasher has been sitting in the bedroom waiting to be installed. This began in May 2021 and 5 months later I still do not have a working dishwasher. I have had the dishwasher about 1 month and it is working well. When it was delivered, the external and internal packaging was perfect with no visible damage. when I unpackaged it there was a significant dent in the lower right corner of the door. This damage had to occur at the factory and the dishwasher was shipped anyway, My seller offered to replace the door, Quality control at Whirlpool needs some attention!

This does not have proper disposal drain. It has a mesh filter and it keeps quite a bit of gross stuff inside the dishwasher. I have to run it with cleaner and wipe it down at least once a week to keep it clean.

I live alone in a 2 bedroom condo. I downgraded from the traditional size (24in) dishwasher to this 18in during my kitchen reno and it's perfect. I never feel like I'm wasting water/electricity because I can actually fill this up in a reasonable amount of time before needing the particular spatula/bowl again or before the unwashed plates/utensils start to smell. It's pretty quiet during the process, too. For a single occupant of this condo, this is perfect. I would say this is perfect for a couple, too. May be too small for 3 or more persons.

My old Whirlpool dishwasher died after 10 years of faithful service and I knew I wanted another Whirlpool. Other brands didn't have all the selections for wash cycles I wanted, and none seemed to have the option of air dry or heat dry. It's easy to make the selection I want and the display is nice and bright and easy to read. It reminds me when the washing is done with a beep. The racks are sturdy and can load a lot, though I'm still trying to get used to the new layout. I like the reminder to add rinse aid too. All in all I know I made the right decision to go with Whirlpool again!

I wish I could say something good about this product, but there is nothing good. I still have not been able to use this dishwasher. From the day it was installed it didn't work! Thank goodness you have good repair men. We are still waiting for another part, for the second time. This whole process has been over a month and we still have not been able to use
this dishwasher. We are very disappointed in the Whirlpool quality. Probably won't purchase another Whirlpool product.
