I'm happy with my new dishwasher, it took to long to get it but I have clean dishes! I thought my water was bad but the spots are gone, dishes are clean and dry! It's quiet too! Still learning how to load it but that will come with time. For new buyers - it is tall, make sure you measure, we had to remove the cosmetic strip to make it fit (easy fix for us).

We just had installed our new Bosch 800 dishwasher. I had owned another Bosch for 15 years before it finally gave up the ghost. It was also wonder. But this new 800 series is something else. It is so silent you can whisper next to it and have someone hear you talking. It is ever so quiet. Plus, it cleans like a dream. Fabulous product, well made and thoughtfully constructed. Unlike the new GE Profile electric stove I bought which has been a disaster. Should have bought a Bosch.

Your 800 Series Dishwasher Sucks

Our previous Bosch Dishwasher that we got 10 years of service from could accommodate our Wine Glasses on the second shelf and have clearance under the Upper Tray. Your New 800 Series does Not and I have destroyed three Wine glasses trying to get it to work. We have Three Bosch Black Diamond Appliances. Check your records. The Refer, Two fuel Oven & Cook top, and this Dishwasher which are all the Best that you Sell. We ordered the Accessory Utensil Tray and half Tray was broken and would Not stay in place.

We purchased this series 800 dishwasher to go into our new 9 foot island . Our house was not built with one and we didn't want to remove any cabinets. Upon installation, we attempted to start the machine and were not sure it was working as it was so very quiet. The red indicator light illuminated to verify it was on . This machine is quiet we don't know it's even running and it cleans the dishes fantastically,we are very happy with this machine .

The dishwasher is rusting on the inside after two

I purchased this dishwasher from Home Depot in August 2024 when I replaced all of my kitchen appliances. After two years the filter screen and compartment are rusting. A stainless steel dishwasher with a stainless steel interior and it's rusting. The only reason I can see it would do that is that the inside of this Bosch dishwasher is subpar material. Because my understanding is that stainless steel doesn't rust. So, the part of the dishwasher that is constantly exposed to water and in a place where water will gather and hold because of its shape and location in the bottom of the dishwasher is made from material that will rust. Now about every third time I run this dishwasher I have to remove the filter screen, Barkeeper's Friend the edges of it and then do the same to the compartment in hopes that I can hold onto it for longer than… I don't know, maybe another two years. I'm completely disgusted. I bought a Bosch dishwasher because it's one of the highest rated ones on the market and I expected to have it for another 10 or 15 years. Looks like that's not going to happen and I am so very disappointed.

There are so many things that I like. I love the third rack. It frees up so much space. I like the adjustable middle rack. The washer gives me so many options that I didn't know I would love. This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one was working perfectly after 8 years of use but we updated our kitchen and we needed a different color. I absolutely love the third rack at the very top of the machine. We use it for all our utensils and small bowls. The machine is very quiet and it really gets our dishes clean. The only complaint I have it that the utensil holder on the bottom rack isn't really big enough. We saved the utensil holder from our Old Bosch dishwasher and that works perfectly. So that is not an issue for us. Love this machine!

I have, over 38 years, only bought Bosch diswashers because they are reliable and do a great job of cleaning.This dishwasher is my fourth Bosch Dish washer. First one was bought when we bought our first house to replace a different brand (noisy). Second was a gift to our daughter as housewarming gift. Third was when we bought our next house. Fourth Bosch was purchased when we moved again and I wanted the black stainless so we gave our daughter the third one which was only two years old and hers had finally gave out. So, I would say we have experience and a loyalty to Bosch for their quality, reliability, and now, this 800 series is oh so quiet. You don't even realie it's operating. I highly recommend this dishwasher - still can't believe how quiet it is and how well it cleans even on the '60' cycle.

Really Like Bosch

Really like my Bosch dishwasher as I have the last three I bought. This one cleans very well even on the speed 60 setting. Wouldn't buy any other brand. One thing I do miss on this model is my previous model (which was only three years old and functioning like new and gave it to my daughter when hers broke) is the air dry funtion. My dishes and machine do not dry overnight with door closed. Lots of moisture in there. My solutions to the problem: I do like to use the speed 60 function then when finished I wait a couple hours to cool then keep door partially open and everything actually dries. Still, I like the best cleaning machine as always, a Bosch and only product I would buy for a dishwasher.

This model is super quiet. I know that it is very common with the utensil drawer (3rd drawer) in dishwashers today. Still, they are a pain to load, so we took ours out, and luckily, the utensil basket from our old machine fit in this one. We replaced the original one since this utensil basket is relatively small on this model.

Having come from a long line of previous dishwashers, admittedly, I had some high expectations and I am hopeful the durabiltiy and reputation of this model holds. Nevertheless, I was really disappointed that this model does not have a built in LED light and after looking into it, there's no tier up and black ss that has lighting (with the exception of a built-in unit). So yeah, I'm disappointed

My First Bosch DW and Its a Total Winner

This is my first Bosch dishwasher after mostly top of the line KitchenAide models. The latest KitchanAide died as in a bad pump and bad motor in LESS than 5 years. It was quiet with 3 racks but plastic dispensers broke, etc. This Bosch 800 is a total winner--cleans very well, very quiet, wonderful adjustability in tines but also in second rack height or even at an angle. I wish I had the customizable third rack but the flexible is okay. I took the advice of my repairman and am totally pleased with the Bosch 800. The real test will be how long it lasts but I am optimistic!

Purchased and installed myself. About 2 hours with direct wiring junction box. Well packaged. Have to purchase direct wiring box with propietary plug in if you don't have a undersink outlet. Easy to set up wi-fi and apps to phones. Looks awesome. Large dish capacity. Adjustable racks are nice and roll smooth.3rd rack for cutlery is awesome, but may watch how hard you pull on handle as could be sturdier. Cleans very well. Crystal dry works great for drying. Full handle option makes opening a breeze. Very quiet, and without the floor light I would not know it was in cycle. If you have the funds and want the best this unit ranks at the top.

This dishwasher is very powerful and cleans really well, while being virtually silent. I have to rely on the red light that shines on the floor to know it's running. The different options to raise and lower the second drawer, put the dark tines down when needed, being able to drop down the sides of the third drawer if needed, helps to really optimize the cleaning experience and get as many dishes in as possible. The best part though is probably the smartness of it. Being able to remotely start it, get alerts when rinse aid is empty, alerts to clean the filter, or clean the entire dishwasher. Very helpful with everything I have going on, those things are easy to forget. It's also gorgeous. My only complaint is it's expensive, but it's totally worth the price so barely a complaint.

Very quiet! Don't like how the top display goes dark when you close the door. When we had the dishwasher installed the top had broken guides and wouldn't open. A lot of money for anything to be wrong when you get it.

I chose to buy a Bosch based solely on reputation. At first, it seemed like a good dishwasher, getting regular loads clean. Then I tried a twice baked pan with food and grease covering it. I didn't have much hope but figured I'd get a better idea of the limits of the dishwasher. Not only was my Pyrex immaculate, the rest of the load was as well. I'm convinced I made the best choice. The only thing I'd change is an indicator light for a clean load.

Looks great and is very quiet

Just installed and ran 1 cycle. Looks great and love the full handle option. Very quiet when running especially compared to the 13 yr old Maytag it replaced. Pairing the App to the washer was very easy. The 3rd drawer for cooking tools and silverware is nice. Have read some reviews about the 3rd rack handle failing but will just pull eneough to get hand on top to eliminate that. All in all I am happy. The width dimension is slightly smaller then the 24 inch cut out and does leave a little gap I didn't have before. Wish there was a rubber trim seal around the tub that would have hidden that, especially when using in replacement applications with slight cut out differences. Not a deal breaker however. I would recomend at this time. Will update after using for awhile with cleaning abilities. I expect it will perform as advertised.

Although it was double the price of similar dishwashers, we went with the Bosch after reading many reviews and talking with an unbiased sales rep. We are so glad we did. The drying feature of the dishwasher is unmatched and it is so quite, you have to look for the little red light to know that it is running. If you are looking for a high quality, quite dishwasher, this will not let you down.

So quiet you literally only know it's on because the red light shines on the floor to remind you. Dishes, even really heavily soiled, come out perfect. And spot free even with our hard Florida water. We are converting all our appliances to Bosch at the recommendation of our appliance repair guy. (Who has limped our Samsung appliance as far as they can go). He had Bosch everything in his own home. And the finish on these appliances is bulletproof! (Not literally, I don't think..) we will always purchase Bosch now.

Everything about this machine has been amazing. It's such great quality, my dishes are extremely clean even if I run them on the one hour cycle. I like the silverware tray on the top and that there is still a basket for miscellaneous cooking utensils for the bottom rack. There was one day the buttons weren't working to change the wash cycle but it resolved itself . That's the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.
