Broken on day one

The first time we used the oven, we had a problem with it. The appliance store tech came out the next day and determined that the motor in the control panel that allows it to pop out and go back to being flush with the oven was broken. On day one. Never worked. He disabled the function for it to go back to flat and we have been using it with it popped out since. A new control panel is supposed to be installed next week. Unbelievable that we paid full price for a brand new range that did not work properly on day one. Very disappointed.

We love nearly everything about this stunning range, however, a major feature we do not like is that the "tray" under the burners cannot be removed, to be cleaned. We had this feature on our last Monogram range and it made cleanup so easy and our stop top looking nice and clean. Lots of modern features that make this piece a beauty, but lacks a major feature/convenience in our opinion without the removable tray.

We are very happy with our dual gas range. It is amazing how much hotter the gas flames gets and is immediate! The panel plate that angles out so you can see what function you are wanting is so nice. Don™™t miss having to get down in front of the panel. The brass knobs and burners give it such good contrast. Although the range looks very attractive it was delivered to us with what I would consider a factory defect. Took GE 7 visits and about 3 months to finally fix the issue. The technicians instead of fixing the problem would further add on additional issues by breaking additional items in the process. They ended up ordering close to 20 parts that were taking up huge part of my dining room. After the 4th or 5th visit which caused a small explosion and a gas leak from the unit I lost my patience and wanted either Monogram (GE) or ABT to replace it due to safety concerns and no one was willing to do so. Not the customer service you expect to receive after purchasing a 12K range! Just to further explain my frustration besides the safety concerns, they chipped my brand new cabinets and made indents in my island so now I have to deal with that. I purchased a brand new appliance expecting to work properly from day one. Instead they sold me a faulty appliance that I've spent countless of hours trying to have fixed. Lastly when I asked to speak to a supervisor at one point they were telling me that I am already speaking to the highest cs in Monogram but then when my husband took over the conversation they were all of a sudden able to fine one so at this point I lost my trust in them completely for discriminating me like this. I will never trust Monogram so please beware before ordering appliance from their brand.

I've had this range for about 2 months. It's easy to clean (bonus) and, after extensive assistance on the phone on how to set up WiFi (which I will NEVER use), how to set the clock and how to manage a few other functions, I'm finding it easy to use. One HUGE drawback is the griddle that is included with the range. It is massively heavy - actually too heavy to comfortably use - and is a very poor design. The edges where grease is collected are too small and shallow, and because of the weight of the griddle, it is cumbersome and dangerous to lift and empty with the frequency that is required. It could actually be used as a serious weapon. Needless to say, I will never use it again and instead purchased my own user-friendly and safe griddle.

The 7 inch display makes the oven easy to use and is a talking point among guest. The cock top maintains accurate temperature and simmer means simmer on this cooktop. We love the air fry feature. The LED light™™s set a nice ambience and are also a great safety feature to indicate burner status. The benefits and technology outweigh the cost and truly make cooking easier. The best pizza I™™ve ever made came from the oven crisp and not overdone. The griddle allows quick meals to be made with little effort and easy cleanup. I wish I would have bought this range years ago!

Beautiful and stylish range, probably the best looking range on the market, no doubt. Had this range for about a month. Here are my thoughts: PROS: -Installation was fairly easy but does require a stronger 50amp NEMA 14-50 cord so be sure to have your contractor or electrician run one or upgrade the existing. -Getting it leveled was very easy with the provided wrench and rear adjustment screws. -The top burners performance of this range is great, the burners are very strong. The range makes a jet engine noise when turning on/off, probably from the high volume of BTUs it puts out. -The cooking grates with reversible wok adaptor. They all have wok adaptors so no need to swap grates around or designate a specific burner for wok cooking. The grates come off individually too making it easy to clean. -Connectivity is nice. You're able to use the range via the SmartHQ app. It will tell you it's current status like if you left a burner or oven on and forgot to turn it off. Also gives you updates if you're using the thermometer probe for roasts. -Oven racks. All three are gliding racks and have a nonstick enamel coating -Customer Service. Amazing! CONS: -The Accent Lighting is beautiful but mine stopped working a few days ago (both bullnose and knob lights) -LCD Screen. The adhesive holding the screen in place looks to be melting and will need to redone. My screen is currently lopsided by .5-1cm and I can see the adhesive wearing off behind it. -Child lock on the screen is too easy to unlock. My 2 year old daughter is able to unlock (by pressing 'unlock' icon) and has accidentally turned on the oven a few times. A password pin would be more ideal

Nice Dual Range with Clean Lines

I went to the Monogram series because I'm a serious cook and love to bake. The gas cooktop and electric oven was the perfect solution. The oven works great, no complaints. The gas burners are very robust, maybe a little too much so given that even if you turn the heat down to a simmer, it is extremely hot. On high, the flames come to the outside of my largest pots making the handles too hot to touch. My only complaint though has to do with the touch pad. The timer will not register consistently when I touch it. I have to do it 3, 4, ...half a dozen times before it will react and allow me to enter a the amount of time I want the oven to be on. In addition, I cannot get the clock to display, and I cannot find a way to see when the griddle actually reaches the temperature I set it at. Cleaning the griddle has been a challenge too and the Monogram documentation is not very helpful (I've seen that comment many times as I tried to do research on both the clock function and cleaning the griddle.) For the amount of money you spend on this, there should be excellent documentation and detailed online videos put out by GE Monogram (I had to find things from other sources). I do love the heavy duty burner covers and ease of cleanup, but don't like that the griddle cover gets so easily scratched up no matter how careful I am. Also, having all this as part of a smart device system is a little worrisome given that I don't yet know what will happen if we don't have internet access or something happens mid-way cooking.

The Range is professional looking and cooks evenly in the oven, it has a large range of features that are new to use but we love. Bluetooth, WiFi, touch screen, air fryer, steam cleaner and the list goes on. Very happy with our choice.

We've owned other luxury ranges, but this is the best so far. It cooks, looks, and feels just like it a lux appliance does. It's understated (no garish knobs or over the top branding) and does not take over a kitchen; it simply completes the looks and makes the entire space look better.

Love this range. It's got such a beautiful look and it is easy to clean. The griddle is amazing - we use it for everything and it's been a godsend. The oven is superb. Not sold on the air fry (doesn't seem much different than the baking feature ) but everything else is superlative!!

Tried the air fryer yesterday and The wings were delicious. So easy to have this range do it all and I can donate my stand alone air fryer that takes up so much space. I also baked cookies last night and they all cooked evenly! And it looks beautiful

Our new 36" Monogram duel fuel range with griddle is more than we could have imagined. The cooktop is precise and the griddle is just a fun thing to use. We have used the oven a few times so far and found it to be spot on with holding the proper temperature.

This range has some of the most versatile burners I have ever seen, the best interactive menu available, performs very well, has tons of wi-fi capability, and without a doubt the sharpest look of any traditionally styled range out there. The racking and convection system alone would make it worth the price, but when I found out you could change the color of the lighted bezels via controls on the app to an infinite number of colors, I was convinced there is no reason to buy any other range.
