Love the stove top. however the brass burner rings turn blue and we cook about 5 days a week. Where can I get new ones?? I've only cleaned them as shown on your website but it keeps getting worse. So, now I plan to use the black rings that were also provided for daily cooking and only use the new brass rings when we entertain. Unfortunate. And now I seem to have a hard time finding the parts. Please assist!!

Beautiful looking but needs a few changes

Beautiful looking cooktop but hard to clean. Would have preferred stainless steel trays underneath the burners instead of black. Also would have liked the largest burners towards the back of the cooktop instead of in the front. They get very hot and the flame is too close to the front edge in my opinion.

This cooktop is a welcomed addition to our kitchen renovation. This is a professional level cooktop, the burners get very hot and the range of temperature is awesome. We had a 36" cooktop previously but it only had five burners. While this cooktop has six burners there is more room between the burners so we can have large pots and a frying pan on the cooktop at the same time. Beautiful design and easy clean up with the enamel undertray. For someone who loves to cook and only has space for a 36" cooktop, this is a dream come true.

Hard to clean

I™€™ve had it for 6 months it™€™s just ok. It™€™s very hard to clean the crates and underneath the burners. Everything sticks. Even after soaking it™€™s very hard to clean. My stove looks old from all the scrubbing and it still looks stained. One of my burner glow lights don™€™t turn off.

Stacking order and placement of burner parts for the different burner types was unclear in owner's manual. Took some guessing to associate the parts with the proper burners, Not as easy to clean as it should be. Front to back depth --- & knobs stick out ---- substantially exceeds normal 24" counter depth, diminishing our usable kitchen space. Burner ignition seems very reliable.

Functions well, providing nice even heat but ascetically it™€™s a disaster. The brushed gold trim looks great when installed but very quickly tarnishes, fades, spots, etc. not sure what that™€™s worth to you, but I would have gladly paid half for it to look normal but work the same.

I am disappointed in the quality of my new Monogram stove top. I switched from Thermador & wish I had not. It seems as if the stainless steel has not been treated as it his very susceptible to scratches and nicks which was not the case with my previous stovetop. The grids have also started rusting in places and whilst the aesthetic is great and it is a great looking stove top, it has way too many parts that need to be cleaned and has taken some of the joy out of cooking for me. Sad to leave this review.

A few small issues

The gold burner covers became spotted and discolored after a few short uses. Using some vinegar helped. Find stove hard to clean- grates, burner covers etc. Unable to figure out how to change color of light up knobs. The app is not useful. Not sure I would have been better off with a less expensive stove.

Misleading owners manual and web site

Range top is beautiful, but both the owners manual and GE website say that this unit can be connected to the SmartHQ app. According to GE customer support this is a lie. The range top is not wi-fi capable and can not be connected. We're very disappointed that this feature does not existing and feel mislead by GE.
