J&R Appliances in Park Slope was closing it's business and they were referring it's customers to Klearview Appliances. Leave it to Ralph, the owner of J&R, to look out for the best interest of his patrons by referring us to a great family run business like Klearview. I ordered a 24,00 BTU a/c unit by phone through Sasha, the a/c store rep. He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Thank you Sasha. But the best part of this purchasing experience was the removal and installation by Jorge and Sal. Jorge removed the old unit that was stuck in the sleeve for 15 years with patience, humor and elbow grease. What made it even more difficult was the unit was above the deck door and through the wall. Once the old unit was removed, the new a/c was installed quickly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised to see Jorge insulating and caulking inside and out all the cracks and crevices around the a/c unit Just a wonderful, professional and thoughtful job all around. I have never had such a good experience with an appliance delivery. Thanks again Klearview. Sorry for the long review but a good business like yours should be applauded. Antonio M.

I have nothing but good things to say about Klearview Appliance Corp.. Their customer service team was very quick to respond and attentive when I had a problem with an a/c failing. It was replaced by their professional delivery and installation team the day after my email inquiry had been received and responded to. I had contacted the manufacturer the previous week and still have not received any response from them. I appreciate the professionalism of all Klearview associates involved and highly recommend this business.

If I can give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The 2 guys were installing the AC but the elevator broke. I told them I can reschedule since I lived on the 7th floor. Guess what! They say no problem and climb up 7 floors of staircase with a 10,000 BTU air conditioner. I think that ac weight like 75lbs. I don't even want to walk up 7 floors of staircase, let alone with a heavy air conditioners. I am amazed at their commitment. Also, I get text message the day before with a window of time that they come. On the day off, they text me right before they come. 5 stars services all the way

I encountered Clearview for the first time and was very surprised. I have been in America for almost 30 years and to be honest people have changed a lot but when I encountered this company and specifically a man named Gary, I just returned back to the good America to which I once came. Politeness, responsiveness and respect that I have not experienced for a long time. Thank you very much my friend. The two guys who installed my air conditioner were also unusually polite and real professionals, for which I also thank them very much. Such a company and others like it are the real face of the USA

Excellent all-around. I bought two new Friedrich ACs from them. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. They beat everyone's price. They promptly provided the certificate of insurance my building required. The deliver/install team was friendly, efficient, courteous, and very fastidious about the installation.

Thank you to all !! The workers were nice and fast at there job,, even on these real hot days they have to walk up stairs to install these air conditioners ,,,or other appliances!! I put water in the freezer for them ,,they thanked me ! Shopping for all new kitchen appliances at Klearview rather than the Big Box stores was the best decision we could have made. We received professional service with a personal touch from start to finish. Our sales person, Nicole, is not only knowledgeable & informative, but exceptionally pleasant to deal with -- there was never any pressure to purchase; somehow she was able to secure all appliances in a timely manner despite availability issues; plus she was always very patient AND available whenever contacted (which was often!). Furthermore, the delivery team was excellent -- prompt, skilled, neat & personable. Still amazed how they managed to fit the refrigerator through such a tight entry! Overall, an outstanding experience with everyone at Klearview. Grateful to you all!

I have been a customer with Klearview for 30 years and wouldn’t buy my appliances anywhere else. The owner, Howard and sales associates, especially Eyal are outstanding. Whatever you need, they will get for you. I never had to wait more than two days for any appliance to be delivered. Their prices are always lower than others. The delivery and installation men are very professional. They are very careful when bringing appliances into your house and take special care not to cause any damages. Klearview is the best!!

I am giving Klearview the highest rating possible based on the professionalism/experience (both the salesman and deliverymen), product price, product quality, and the speed/efficiency of the entire process from beginning to end. I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on Monday, 12/18/23. It was delivered today, Wednesday 12/20/23, two days later, at 8AM, per my request, which allowed me to begin WFH (work from home) as normally scheduled. The fridge I purchased is currently on sale from 11% thru 33% off depending on whether purchased directly from Frigidaire or through competitors like Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Klearview beat all of their prices! The salesman did not pressure me to make a purchase, answered all of my questions and gave me the cheapest price without having to haggle. I am on the third floor of a private house. This was NOT an easy delivery. The deliverymen are the highest quality of EXPERTS. They removed my apartment door. They removed the doors from the refrigerator. They somehow made it around a very tight squeeze on my staircase. I was very impressed. I did not think the fridge would make it up the stairs. I had even returned to the store on the date of purchase to tell the salesman I did not think the fridge would fit and he told me he had 35 years of experience and to trust him. I'm glad I did! The deliverymen removed my old fridge, put in the new fridge, made sure to set it up and put the apartment door back on its hinge, prior to leaving. All the while they were very courteous and professional. Thank you Klearview. I couldn't have asked for more.

Great experience with KlearView Appliance. The technicians who came to install the new dishwasher in my house did a great job. It was a difficult installation because the cabinet that the dishwasher was installed was a custom built cabinet that made the installation very difficult to do. But the two technicians who came was very nice and kept at it until the job was done. They cleaned the area up and did not leave until the installation was perfect. No rush job here. Even the salesman who sold me the dishwasher over the phone was very nice. I have a large 3 family house and I will be using KlearView again for all my appliance needs. They also installed my window air conditioner units in this apartment last spring and did a great job.
