Defectives

  1. All merchandise is sold with manufacturer’s limited warranty only. All service is to be done by the manufacturer’s authorized service agency.
  2. No representation, understanding, or promises of additional service will be honored unless an extended service contract is made a part of this order.
  3. Defective small appliances and small electronic items may be returned for even exchange within 10 days of purchase.
  4. Major appliances (including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, ovens, air conditioners, and TV's) must be serviced in the event of a problem. Exchanges on these items will be made upon manufacturer’s approval.

Returns

  1. Merchandise (except major appliances) in factory sealed cartons may be returned within 10 days of purchase for exchange, credit, or refund.
  2. Merchandise (except major appliances) that have been opened may be returned within 10 days in the original carton with all packing material, accessories, owners manuals and warranty cards, for credit or exchange.
  3. Major appliances and TV’s will not be accepted for return.
  4. No returns without a sales receipt. Items that have been open are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  5. Specially ordered merchandise is not subject to cancellation or refund.
  6. Delivery and installation charges are never refundable.

Time of Delivery

  1. Electrical outlets and plumbing outlets for hook-up of appliances and TV’s are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Extra hoses, electrical cords, cables, antennas or extension cords are not included in the price of installation.
  3. Customers not home for a scheduled delivery appointment may incur an additional delivery charge unless Klearview is notified within 24 hours in advance.
